MONEY SAVING MEALS FOR THE FIRST TIME COOK

I started to move out 19 years old, cause I got my first job in Clark, Pampanga. Because going home everyday from my hometown to my work takes more than 2 hours. So, I decided to transfer to a dormitory but I was afraid cause its my first time to stay dormitory, until my co-worker offer me to live in their apartment so everything got easier for me. I'm so lucky enough to have them as my housemates. They have everything what the house could have, from refrigerator, t.v, dryer machine, wifi, beds, sofa, plates, glass, spoon& fork. All I need to do is bring my clothes and move out. That's it! I'm so lucky isn't? the Bonus points is they are so kind. I've learned a lot from them since they are older than me. I am a princess in our house then, when you say "princess" i'm just sitting or sleeping and food was served I will just eat and sleep. My father, mother, brother, and sister know's how to cook except me. When I moved out to our apartment I started to work things out to hand washing your clothes, to helping cleaning the house, dishes, and such plus cooking. I always cook process food and fried or canned goods cause I really don't know how to cook. But when I get tired eating with process food and everything was "nakakaumay" that's the time I tried and start to cook food.

So here are the list of the food I cooked and save me a lot of money instead of eating in fast food chains,

1. Tortang Talong- is a type of or eggplant omelet wherein grilled eggplants are soaked in a beaten egg mixture and then fried. You can eat this healthy food during breakfast, lunch or dinner

2. Ginisang Saba Macakerel - This is a budget friendly and easy to prepare meal. Mackerel brand is a canned mackerel that is one of the favorite canned food in the Philippines especially in the lower class and middle class.  You can eat this right out of the can but I prefer to heat it and add spices to make it tastier. Even my Korean Boss love this.
