WHERE TO EAT IN ANGELES?
Some of Filipino people loves to eat Korean food nowadays the most famous Korean dish is what they called "Samgyupsal" meaning "Three layer" according to my Korean friend, samgyupsal is consist of thick fatty slices of pork belly. The best place to eat samgyupsal is here in Angeles Friendship Korean Town.
There are a lot of good restaurants here, we are always going to Angeles Korean town and we already tried most of the restaurants and I would like to suggest the Best and Authentic restaurant here in Korean Town.
1. Guyiga Korean Grill House.
The meat here is really good they used charcoal for grilling. Their meat is really perfect. The price is reasonable. They served different kinds of side dish and you can ask for refill. The staff's are so nice they even help you for grilling, or if you want to enjoy your Korean dish alone or you want some privacy you can grill it yourself like how Kdrama do and also you can try their Makgeoli it is a Korean alcohol beverage (Rice Wine) or their famous Soju it is perfect pair for Samgyupsal.
2. Single Bungle Korean Restaurant
This is one of my favorite restaurant. I would suggest to try their Makchang. I keep on coming back here because of their Makchang. They are the only restaurant serving makchang food they also used charcoal for grilling. Makchang is a pork abomasum, I know many of you know about Pork Isaw it is quite the same. It is best pair with their bouchu sauce. They also served samgyupsal and different kind of dish. They also have a branch inside Clark near Korean Dream Mart.
3. Boom Chicken
The Best Korean Chicken Restaurant in Angeles. Korean usually eat this as a snacks only and pair it with beer. Since I don't drink and I'm a Filipino I'm eating this in Filipino style pair it with RICE. Their chicken is very crispy they also have different flavor of Chicken. They have Garlic Chicken my favorite, this one is a bit spicy and Soy Chicken it's also spicy, you can also choose Sweet, Hot Sweet and Spicy sweet. When you order they will ask you which part of chicken you would like to order they have Chicken Wings, Breast and Gizzard or Mixed. Their 1 order of Chicken is 550php good for 3-4 people and if you want to order rice it's 50 pesos per cup.
4. Angry Crab
If you get tired of Korean Dish, I would suggest to eat here in Angry Crab! This is the Best Restaurant in Town. It is a bit expensive but it's money worth. Never missed Coconut Crab this is our favorite it is worth it to try. If you have a Balik-bayan or Foreigner friend they would love here. If you want to spend a little bit. This is worth it to try. Really! This is not a marketing. Their food is really nice. This is the best seafood restaurant in Pampanga. They also have crispy shrimp and other dish. Their drinks are also good Mango shake is great but it is not pure Mango because they added a little condense milk and the Coconut drink is really authentic no sugar added and you will drink it inside the Coconut. Anyone would love this restaurant.
